Slashed roaming tariffs for Airtel & RCOM sunscribers

Bharti Airtel and Reliance Communications have cut roaming tariffs and scrapped rental rates for roaming services, in line with TRAI guidelines issued last month. The reduction in tariffs is effective February 15.

Bharti Airtel has slashed roaming charges by 56 per cent, and has waived off the roaming rental of Rs 49 per month. Reliance Communications has also reduced roaming charges by up to 44 per cent on its pre-paid connections.
